In these tumultuous times, not many are willing to take the risk of starting up a new business.  After all, 'tomorrow', the rules of the game will likely change and just might cause entrepreneurs to lose their shirts.  While that risk is always present, it doesn't take a genius to figure out that the odds of successfully launching a business today in America have diminished in lock step with the horrible governance we currently suffer under -
